COMPANY PROFILE AND HISTORY

Established in 1928, UniGroup Worldwide UTS has evolved from its humble beginnings of "Return Loads Service, Inc." formed in Cleveland, Ohio to arrange return shipments for independent moving companies to United Van Lines, and ultimately UniGroup, Inc., a global mobility management company. UniGroup, Inc. is a US$ 1.6 billion privately held Missouri-based company; owned exclusively by active agents of United Van Lines, LLC; Mayflower Transit, LLC; a select group of international agents, and senior management of the UniGroup Companies.

UniGroup now maintains full service operations in 127 countries, with a global footprint of 46,348,590 square feet total of office and warehouse space, of which 7,622,377 square feet are climate controlled. Except for those countries found on the U.S. Department of the Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control country sanctions list, UniGroup Worldwide is able to deliver service throughout the globe.
